Subject: Formation of National Committee as well as National Convention.

Dear Friends,
We thank all our colleagues who joined our association and formed a unit of ADPPP in their respective Kendras.

The number of units is increasing every day. At this juncture, this has become necessary to organize a national body meeting in order to form the National Committee.

Members of DDK Kolkata expressed their willingness, in a meeting held on 18.11.09, to organize the general body meeting at DDK Kolkata. The proposed dates are 16th & 17th December 2009.

Since ADPPP is a platform for the production staffs of Doordarshan only, all the staffs of DD Programme Wing who have not yet formed any unit of ADPPP or willing to form the same vary soon, are cordially invited to join the meeting. Kindly send your confirmations and number of persons willing to participate in the meeting through e-mail: adppp.kol@gmail.com or over phone latest by 3rd December 2009.

Please send your valuable suggestions / advice at the earliest.
